£11.80 – £12.38ph (dependant on qualifications and experience)

About us

Fairfield House is linked to the parent site of Winslow Court, near Bromyard and specialises in the care of adults with severe learning difficulties, including associated challenging behaviours.

The Role

We are seeking enthusiastic care staff to support our residents within the home and out in the community. This can mean supporting at meal times, teaching life skills, planning and carrying out activities as well as supporting with personal care. This is a rewarding role which offers a chance to enrich the lives of vulnerable adults.

Applicants with no relevant, previous experience will be considered as full training is provided. As long as you have good values and a natural respect for the dignity and individuality of our residents. Essential Criteria

You must be at least 18 years of age and have the following:

– The ability to work under pressure in challenging circumstances

– An ability to identify and undertake any training necessary to develop within the role

– Basic ICT skills
