WMLC Winslow Court and Cedar Lodge HR7 4LS, Park House HR7 4DL, Fairfield House SY8 4LF, Orchard End HR4 8AL are all part of West Midlands Learning Campus. We are a well-established service provider offering education and care for children/young adults, with moderate to severe learning difficulties, some of whom are on the autistic spectrum and at times may present challenging behaviour.
This post requires the successful candidate to provide and maintain high standards of hygiene and health and safety. You will carry out cleaning duties independently whilst working in a small and close team. Cleaning duties will be undertaken within our residential houses, and offices and are to include, vacuuming, polishing, cleaning toilets, ensuring all COSHH regulations are adhered to.
Experience is an advantage but not essential, but you will need to demonstrate a real ‘can do’ attitude, organisational skills, and attention to detail. A driving licence is essential as you will be required to travel to our local satellite homes.

Everyday is different and you will be responsible for a range of duties including:
– Planning and taking part in activities and day trips
– Delivering personal care
– Administering medication (once you have received the necessary training)
– Ensuring paperwork is up to date
– Promoting independence
