SENAD Staff Awards Winners 2025

The SENAD Staff Awards celebrate excellence in the quality of service we provide by recognising those individuals who go the extra mile to make a difference in the lives of those we educate, care for, and support.

The yearly awards are open to all employees across the group. The award categories have been created to recognize outstanding contributions in various roles across the company.

Each service has a winner of the award, chosen by the Head of Service. The service winners will then be judged by the Group Directors, and ‘Highly Commended’ and ‘Group Winner’ are awarded per category.

All Service Award Winners are personally invited to a special awards lunch, held in September, where the Group Award Winners for each category are announced.
