Park House

Part of the West Midlands Learning Campus

Park House is a community based residential home for nine young adults. It is situated in the town of Bromyard within two minutes’ walk of the town centre. Contained within the main home there is also a flat which consist of bedroom, lounge and kitchen facilities.

Park House is one of three Herefordshire based homes that form part of the SENAD Groups West Midlands Learning Campus (WMLC). The WMLC is based in Bromyard.

We are able to use and draw on the facilities, resources, expertise and support of colleagues at the WMLC. Social events are organised between the homes to encourage residents to form friendships.

Provide a relaxed, friendly and safe environment, where residents will feel valued and secure.
Develop residents’ social skills and relationships both within their home and within the wider community.
Increase and maintain independence skills.
Provide the help and support that will enable residents to make informed choices and realise their full potential within the context of their plans of care.
Ensure that residents’ needs are always met and that their care plans are developed or adapted to quickly meet changing needs.
Provide the best carers possible who are highly trained, motivated and committed.
