Salary range: up to £19,383.00 (depending on qualifications and experience), 35 hours average per week

We are seeking to recruit a Night Social Care Practitioner to ensure the safety of the residents we support during the night. If successful you would be required to carry out a variety of domestic work, typically deep cleaning bathrooms and kitchens, ironing and updating paperwork as well as staying attentive throughout the night and doing everything possible to safeguard the residents who we support. The successful applicant will join a small team and have the ability to work under pressure, be able to communicate with residents effectively and be able to show commitment to the well-being of the residents.

About Us:

Winslow Court provides residential support for young adults aged 18 years and over, who have a severe learning disability, autism, communication difficulties, challenging behaviours, mental health and other complex needs. We are based at the West Midlands Learning Campus at Rowden, which is just outside the market town of Bromyard.  Due to our rural location, it is vital candidates have their own means of transport.
