About the Role
We are looking for Support workers who are interested in developing their skills within an incredibly rewarding and fulfilling role.
SENAD Community offer a bespoke service to our clients. Taking a pro-active and innovative approach to make a real impact on theirs and their family’s lives by engaging them in a wide range of activities and opportunities.
We offer 24/7 support across the East Midlands and are recruiting for various shifts along with sleep ins. Full time and Part time positions available.
Supporting young people and adults who have:
- Mental Health needs
- Learning disabilities, autistic spectrum disorders and challenging behaviour
- Communication difficulties
- Lack of social understanding
- Physical disabilities and/or sensory impairment
- Specialist health needs
- Rehabilitation needs (post-operative or acquired brain injury)
- Drug and alcohol misuse
About You
We are looking to speak to enthusiastic, reliable and flexible people with excellent communication skills who share our passion for making a real impact on people’s lives.
While previous experience would be an advantage it is not essential, what is essential is that you have a genuine interest in the welfare, care and development of those in our care.
Driving licence and use of own vehicle is essential
