Looking for a new challenge? Do you want to provide an ‘outstanding’ level of care to young people?
Working within the residential setting, you will assist with a range of care; this will include personal care with young people who can display very challenging behaviour. You will be required to support and develop the young people accessing the community, within their home and taking part in a wide range of activities. You will be expected to work a shift pattern covering weekends which will include some split shift and sleep-in duties.
Ideally we are looking for people who have worked in a similar environment and have experience of autism, mental health needs and/or challenging behaviour. Relevant qualifications would be an advantage, however not essential as we provide a full induction and Diploma training programme.
