Salary £17724.72 – £19833.84 per annum dependant on experience and qualifications, Employee Assistance Programme, Childcare Voucher Scheme and Pension

Job Info

You will gain experience working within the classroom in our onsite school setting. By providing care and education we ensure that children’s individual programmes are delivered consistently. Our focus is to provide a safe, stable and nurturing environment where young people’s skills and aspirations can be encouraged to develop.

You will plan and support in a variety of activities, recently this has included African Drumming, trampolining, residential trips both in the UK and abroad, music and art therapy.

Responsibilities also include updating paperwork administering medication (training provided) and delivering personal care.

The role also includes training in areas such as Safeguarding, First Aid, Health and Safety & Non-Abusive Physical and Psychological Intervention and will also begin the role by shadowing one of our experience team members.

– We will consider applications from those with no care experience provided you are willing to learn and passionate about providing an exception level of care.

– Candidates must be willing to undertake accredited courses within the time set

– Candidates but me able and willing to work shifts that include evening and weekends.

A bonus payment of £1500 will be payable to new care staff (Support Worker grade only) who join us with a relevant Level 3 qualification. The £1500 is paid in instalments. Terms and conditions apply.
