Salary

Salary: £20,482.80 – £22,571.64 (dependant on qualifications and experience), 39 hrs per week

The Role

If successful you will support young people age 5 – 19 within the home, school and out in the community supporting them to learn new skills and gain independence.

About us

Bladon House School specialises in autism, speech and language disorders, moderate to severe learning difficulties and associated behavioural difficulties.

We achieved an Outstanding rating on our most recent Ofsted inspection, and through our work we also have also developed skills in achieving significant progress and successful outcomes for children and young people with Prader Willi Syndrome.

Essential Criteria

– Candidates must be willing to undertake accredited courses within the time set

– Candidates must able and willing to work shifts that include some evening and weekends

All shifts are either early or late:

7.15 – 3:45

1.30 – 10.00

– It is essential that you have a natural respect for the individuality and dignity of those in our care

– We will consider applications from those with no care experience provided you are willing to learn and passionate about providing an exceptional level of care.
