The SENAD Group provide specialist education, care and community support for the most complex, vulnerable and hard to place young people and adults. Within our Adult Care Service we operate 7 small care homes and a community support division for those with autism, learning difficulties, mental health and challenging behaviour. Our services span across Derbyshire, Coventry and the Midlands, Herefordshire and Shropshire.

We are now seeking to recruit a talented and dynamic Social Care professional or Registered LD Nurse to conduct quality audits, mock inspection and assessment to ensure compliance with all relevant regulation and CQC inspection frameworks. You must have a strong working knowledge of the CQC inspection framework with the ability to translate this into good social care practice.

You will be data and evidence driven and be able to deliver timely feedback and written reports that are balanced and well informed, you will also be skilled in using data platforms to track progress and outcomes. You will conduct audits in line with our Regulation 17 process and implement change, therefore you will need to demonstrate a proven track record of collaboration and building rapport in order to build credibility, raise standards and drive best practice approaches.

The successful candidate must be willing and able to work across the UK with frequent travel across all SENAD locations. In return, we offer an excellent remuneration package including a car allowance, a flexible approach to working hours and a supportive senior manager team.

This vacancy is open to internal and external candidates. The SENAD Group is dedicated to equality of opportunity in all areas of work, education and care. We are also committed to safeguarding those in our care – all successful candidates will be required to apply for an enhanced DBS check and will be subject to thorough background checks.
