Fairfield House is allied to the parent site of Winslow Court which specialises in the care of adults with
severe learning difficulties and associated challenging behaviours.
We are seeking Social Care Practitioners to support our residents within the home and out in the
community. This can mean supporting at meal times, teaching life skills, planning and carrying out
activities and supporting with personal care.
As full training is provided we are able to consider applicants with no relevant experience, as long as
you have good values and a natural respect for the dignity and individuality of our residents.

Essential Criteria
You must be at least 18 years of age and have the following:
– The ability to work under pressure in challenging circumstances
– An ability to identify and undertake any training necessary to develop within the role
– A valid current driving licence.
– Basic ICT skills
