We have Support Worker vacancies at our residential centre for adults with severe learning difficulties and challenging behaviour in Bromyard.

As a Support Worker you will have a wide range of responsibilities that centre around the care of our residents. This can include supporting them to attend healthcare appointments, administering medication, delivering personal care and supporting them to reach personal goals.

Our residents lead full and active lives which include a range of hobbies and activities that you will be tasked with planning and participating in. This can include walks in the countryside, pottery, painting, and swimming.

We offer a thorough induction schedule that includes training in the following areas: Safeguarding Adults, Non Abusive Physical and Psychological intervention, Autism Awareness, Epilepsy Awareness, First Aid and many more. As part of the induction schedule you will also attend shadow shifts to ease you into the role.

Essential Criteria


– A passion for delivering care of the highest standard

– A willingness to complete all relevant company training

– Good sense of humour

– Calm and even tempered

– Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends. (including 1 sleep in every 3 months)


Desirable Criteria


– Full driving licence

– Previous experience within a residential setting

– Experience of severe learning difficulties and/or challenging behaviour

– NVQ 2 in Care or equivalent

– Care certificate

– Basic ICT skills
