As a Care Team Leader you will supervise the Support Worker team, ensuring an outstanding level of care is provided at all times. You will model best practice and create a fun, engaging environment for the residents of Winslow Court. About us
Winslow Court provides residential support for 13 young adults aged 18 years and over, who have a severe learning disability, autism, communication difficulties, challenging behaviours, mental health and other complex needs.
