Earn a competitive salary of up to £20,700 inclusive of weekend bonuses (dependent upon experience and qualifications), working a rolling rota averaging a 37 hour week,

Due to expansion we are looking to increase our teams of residential support workers. We aim to recruit enthusiastic outgoing individuals who can make a positive contribution to the lives and education of our young people.
Located within the Snowdonia National Park we are a reputable company providing care and education to young people with learning disabilities and associated challenging behaviour for over twenty years. We are a sector leading service implementing support programmes based upon evidence based practice with a reputation for success.
Successful applicants will join a small team ensuring that our young people are cared for and supported throughout the day to the highest professional standard in order that they reach their full potential. Previous experience is not essential as we provide a full induction; free on-going training and recognised qualifications to all successful applicants.
