You will promote their independence and teach life skills that they can carry throughout the rest of their lives.
You will also gain experience working within the classroom in our onsite school setting. By providing care and education we ensure that children’s individual programmes are delivered consistently. Our focus is to provide a safe, stable and nurturing environment where young people’s skills and aspirations can be encouraged to develop.
In return for your hard work and commitment SENAD will provide a menu of regular training in key areas such as Safeguarding,First Aid and many more.
We encourage the young people to take part in a range of activities, for example: fishing, going to the zoo and go karting.
We welcome applications from people who don’t see this as just a job but a real chance to make a difference in the lives of the young people we support. If you’re passionate about a career in care then come and join our team!
