Location: Aran Hall School, North Wales
Salary: £17,241.80 – £18,673.20 (dependent upon experience and qualifications) plus additional
bonus scheme of £17.50 for each weekend shift worked
Hours: 35 hours per week

At Aran Hall School we provide residential care with education to children and young people
with a range of learning disabilities, autistic spectrum disorders and associated challenging
The purpose of the role is to ensure that each young person is supported and cared for
throughout the night in accordance with the highest professional standards, policies and
procedures of the school. The successful applicant will join a small team and have the ability to
work under pressure and be able to show commitment to the well-being of the young people.
While previous experience in a similar role is beneficial, is not essential as we are able to offer
the training and support required, we provide a full induction.
A bonus payment of £1,500 will be payable to new care staff (Support Worker grade only) who join us with a
relevant Level 3 qualification. The £1,500 is paid in instalments. Terms and conditions apply.
