Who is the Data Controller?

The data controller and Data Processor is the SENAD Group and any related companies in the SENAD Group.

What purposes is personal data processed and who is it shared with?

The information you provide will be transferred and stored within the EU. Our internal website administrators, along with website administrators at Stimulating minds will have access to this data. Stimulating Minds never access or share this data unless requested to by us. A list of administrators with access to this data can be provided on request.

Enquiry Forms

The SENAD Group (and any related companies in the SENAD Group) is the data controller for enquiry forms sent from our website. The data you provide will be used to contact you by the Referral Manager or Referral and Parent Support Officer. You will be contacted by the medium you request on the enquiry form. All information you provide to us is stored on our secure servers. Customer Relationship Management system to enable us to progress and manage your enquiry.

Job Applications

The SENAD Group (and any related companies in the SENAD Group) is the data controller for the information you provide to use during the recruitment process, unless otherwise stated. Our online application system is maintained by our website administrator, Stimulating Minds and our hosts, Host100. Job applications are from the system directly to the recruitment and HR team dealing with the job you are applying for. Job application forms will be stored on the website server for one month and will then be automatically. Information you provide on job applications will not be used for marketing purposes.

LiveChat

The SENAD group of companies is the data controller for the information you provide when using the LiveChat function on our website. The data you provide will be used to progress your enquiry and is stored on Livechat servers, Dallas, USA. How long is my data going to be held on the website?

Enquiry forms and job applications will be held on the website server for one month and then automatically deleted.  LiveChat will hold details of chats/tickets in an archive. See below for your rights to request this information to be erased.
