Head of Service Reaches Social Care Awards Finals

Congratulations to Laura Ward, Head of Service at SENAD Community, for making it to the the finals of The Women Achieving Greatness in Social Care Awards – The Social Care Superwoman (Learning Disabilities & Autism) category.
The purpose of Awards is to highlight and celebrate the incredible achievements of female leaders in all roles and from all corners of the sector, and create a platform to support rising stars and future leaders.
A panel of independent judges now have the difficult task of choosing the category winners. The panel is headed up by Dr Cecilia Akrise Anim CBE, former President of the Royal College of Nursing, carer of a child with complex needs and disability rights activist.
The awards ceremony is taking place on November 21st at The London Marriott Grosvenor Square.
