Congratulations to Patrick who works in a support role with SENAD Community Derby. Patrick has worked for SENAD for 2 years and has successfully completed his NVQ3 in Health and Social Care which he states has underpinned his understanding of the training he has already received. Patrick found the practical learning work related tasks developed his skills and knowledge to enable him to do his role effectively. Patrick works with 3 of service users who have autism and learning difficulties and supports them to live as independently as possible, exploring new and meaningful opportunities.
