Developing communication skills is a key focus at Maple View. Our children use a range of communication devices, systems, strategies and tools to support or replace natural speech. These are known as augmentative and alternative communication (AAC). An important part of this development is practice in the community. Huge thanks to our local Co-Op for regularly supporting our children with this.
