Facilities

Outside we have a cycle track, a small games field, playground equipment and a trampoline to support both structured and unstructured play sessions. We have also developed our outdoor learning provision and have on-site forest school, horticulture and small animal areas in which the children are given the opportunity to care for and nurture the plants and animals and to develop an appreciation of nature.

These sessions mainly take place in the afternoons, alongside dance, art a range of musical activities, therapist-led play sessions, yoga, PE and Commando Joes in which both physical and mental skills are developed.

The children also have the opportunity to engage in off-site activities including swimming lessons, Cycle Derby, horse-riding and cultural and community activities. And of course we must not forget our two school dogs, Teddy and Martha.

The quality of the education is exceptional. Leaders have created a broad and ambitious curriculum that meets pupils’ individual needs.
